With a great knowledge in geographical information systems and MAPSUP, Gustavo contains scientific abilities on territorial systems associated to indicators of environmental impact, invited as lecturer in different European cities around collaborative technological platforms, complements a high profile at European and Latin American level. Currently holds PhD in Natural and Earth Sciences, VU University Amsterdam, Amsterdam, The Netherlands Thesis: Decision support tools for participatory land use planning and is the leader of the GEO – DAP consortium [GEO COL & BURO DAP] .
